Customer
The Customer is the person who reserves accommodation in the Operator’s accommodation facility.
A description of the accommodation units of the facility is provided in the reservation system.
Price of Accommodation Services
The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system based on the type of accommodation, number of reserved units, number of guests, length, and term of the reservation. The reservation system also calculates the deposit amount for accommodation services, which the Customer pays online through the payment gateway.
The Customer shall pay in advance the deposit for accommodation through the payment gateway, in the amount set by the Operator for the given type and term of accommodation.
Once the reservation has been confirmed by the Operator, it becomes binding for the Customer, who is obliged to pay the deposit within five (5) days.
If the deposit is not paid within five days from the reservation date, the Operator is entitled to release the reserved term for other customers.
Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes
For out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, the competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), registered office: Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, https://adr.coi.cz/cs.
The Online Dispute Resolution Platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may also be used for resolving disputes between the Customer and the Service Provider.
Security Deposit, Liability for Damages, and House Rules
The Customer does not pay a security deposit, but is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property of the Operator or in the common areas of the building.
The Customer must immediately report and compensate any such damage to the Operator or their representative at the place of accommodation.
The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and it is strictly forbidden to smoke, including electronic cigarettes, or to use open flames, including candles.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the area in front of the entrance.
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment.
Guests must respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise, including in the shared parts of the building.
It is strictly prohibited to hold parties or events in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel a reservation in writing or by e-mail.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation 7 or more days before the start of the stay: free of charge, full refund of the paid deposit.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the paid deposit.
Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the paid deposit.
